HAROGIC Releases new rugged spectrum analyzer: all-in-one AI platform
All-IN-ONE AI PLATFORM: HAROGIC releases IP68 Rugged Spectrum Analyzer
1.Introduction: all-in-one AI platform
In today’s increasingly congested electromagnetic spectrum, engineers in fields such as radio interference troubleshooting, communications maintenance and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) are facing growing challenges. The complexity of signals has expanded beyond traditional modulations like QPSK and OFDM to include new standards such as Wi-Fi, 5G NR, and UAV communications. At the same time, field engineers are under pressure to make critical decisions while dealing with unstable networks and extreme weather conditions.
Traditional spectrum analyzers have long required engineers to capture signals in the field and then send the data back to the lab for further analysis, a process that is time-consuming and inefficient. However, a new industry trend is emerging, as spectrum analyzers with local processing and computing power enable real-time, on-site analysis. Some models even feature high-performance GPUs to accelerate the analysis process.
The HAROGIC PXR series is engineered to meet this challenge. It's not only a rugged spectrum analyzer with IP68 standard design and benchtop-grade RF performance, but also the all-in-one AI platform open platform that deeply integrates the open API and cutting-edge AI computing power of NVIDIA. It provides developers and engineers with a solid hardware foundation for implementing truly AI-driven spectrum application in the field.

2.PXR series Features Overview
IP68 Rugged Design and Ease Operation
The HAROGIC PXR Series is designed for maximum durability and performance in the most demanding environments. Featuring a fully sealed enclosure certified to the IEC IP68 standard, the PXR Series ensures mission continuity in a wide range of harsh conditions—from deserts and mines to ports and humid jungles. PXR spectrum analyzer also meets MIL-STD-810H specifications, allowing it to withstand the drops, shocks, and vibrations typically encountered in field operations. With an optional operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, the PXR Series guarantees reliable startup and accurate measurements, no matter the climate.
Optimized for ease operation and portability, the PXR Series is only with weight for 2.5 kg and equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition screen that offers clear visibility even in direct sunlight. The screen supports multi-touch gestures, enhancing user interaction and efficiency. The PXR Series also prioritizes uninterrupted operations with battery life of up to 4 hours. For extended fieldwork, it supports external power banks via its USB-C port.

Uncompromising RF Performance:
For engineers requiring precise parametric measurements, the HAROGIC PXR series delivers solid RF performance with no compromises. It covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 9.5, 20 or 40 GHz, offering flexibility for a wide variety of applications. The PXR series boasts high sensitivity with a typical DANL of -161 dBm/Hz at 1 GHz when the preamplifier is enabled, allowing for the detection of weak signals that might go unnoticed. For phase noise measurements, the PXR series maintains typical performance better than -100 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset from a 1 GHz carrier. The standard 100 MHz real-time analysis bandwidth provides a 100% Probability of Intercept (POI) for very short transient signals, which is critical for capturing fleeting events in dynamic environments.
Furthermore, with sweep speeds up to 500 GHz/s (at RBW > 250 kHz), the PXR series offers rapid full-span situational awareness, enabling fast, real-time decision-making in the field. Engineers will also appreciate the free measurement functions—Channel Power, Occupied Bandwidth, Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR) and Spectral Emissions Mask (SEM)—which come standard with the instrument, streamlining workflow and eliminating the need for additional software or add-ons.
AI Analysis to the Edge (Option)
The PXR series provide option with a NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX AI module, transforming it from a measurement instrument into a powerful edge-computing platform. Based on the NVIDIA Ampere architecture, it delivers up to 117 TOPS of AI performance, allowing it to run deep learning models locally without reliance on back-end servers. This is an open computing platform, enabling users to deploy custom models for real-time signal classification and identification.
HTRA Compatible and Open API
A truly powerful platform must be open and flexible, and the HAROGIC PXR series is designed with this in mind. It offers a robust API that seamlessly connects its high-precision RF front-end with its AI-driven computational core. This integration allows developers to not only capture high-quality spectrum and IQ data to feed AI models but also to use the model’s output to dynamically control the instrument’s measurement behavior. This creates a complete all-in-one platform, where the system can continuously adjust based on real-time analysis, enhancing operational efficiency.
To further support developers, the PXR Series offers multi-language compatibility, with full support for popular programming languages such as C, C++, Python, LabVIEW, and MATLAB. Comprehensive development support is also included, with detailed API programming guides and code examples to help users get up and running quickly.
